no returns on any items sold "as is," special dyed or coloured feathers, special dyed or coloured boas, ostrich and turkey ruff boas with silver or gold lurex, special dyed or coloured fans, feather products or any item special ordered.

payment

all orders are prepaid. we accept visa, mastercard, discover, american express, diners club, j c b cards, cheques, checks and money orders.

t/t and wire transfers are accepted; free on orders over $500.00. t/t and wire transfer orders less than $500 will incur a $25 surcharge.

cod is available via fedex on consumer items only to the continental usa only - and the additional cost is $20 per delivery.

feathers - dyeing, colours and sizes

feather and boa colours are not identical. the standard delivery time for dyed feather and boa products is 7 - 14 days. add 20% for rush orders.

all feathers are dyed over natural markings and colours are approximate only. feathers contain oils that can substantially affect the final colour. if you want us to dye over white feathers, with most of the oils removed, then you must let us know beforehand and there may be a 25% surcharge.

feathers and all feather products are not colourfast and our liability is limited to the value of the merchandise sold.

custom dyeing is available and is an extra $150 per colour per product per style. add about 3 weeks delivery time.

feather sizes are assorted and you will receive feathers of assorted sizes as listed. if you want an exact size feather, add 100% to the cost of the nearest size to cover handling, sorting and preparation. feather prices are per colour, per style, per size. quantities per pound are approximate only - allow a variance of 15%.

boas - dyeing, colours and sizes

feather and boa colours are not identical. the standard delivery time for dyed feather and boa products is 7 - 10 days. add 20% for rush orders.

boas and all boa products are not colourfast and our liability is limited to the value of the merchandise sold.

custom dyeing is available and is an extra $150 per colour per product per style. add about 3 weeks delivery time.

boa lengths are standard 2 yard (6 feet - 1.84 metres) other sizes available for 1,000+ piece orders. boa prices are per colour, per style, per size.

price fluctuation

some products we sell are "commodities" and as such, prices fluctuate. these include feathers, boas and feather products. we therefore reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice.
